Description of Services

videoremover.app provides online tools that use artificial intelligence to remove text, captions, logos, and watermarks from videos. Features may include manual area selection, automatic processing, credit-based usage, trial access for visitors, and account-based history tracking.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features require credits or a paid subscription.

• Trial access: Visitors may receive limited free processing subject to our current trial rules, which may vary by region.
• Paid plans: Subscriptions and credit packages are billed through Stripe in USD unless otherwise stated. Current prices and credit amounts are shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Credit usage: Credits are consumed based on video duration and the processing options you select.
• Expiration: Credits may expire according to the plan or package terms shown at purchase (typically within 30 days unless otherwise stated).
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been used or a billing period has started. Contact support@videoremover.app if you believe a charge was made in error.

Prices, plans, and credit amounts may change. We will provide notice of material pricing changes where required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload content you do not have the legal right to use, edit, or distribute
• Remove watermarks, logos, or text from content owned by others without proper authorization
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our systems
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, trial restrictions, or access controls
• Use the Services to create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of processing or sharing it.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your processed videos.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, branding, documentation, and all related materials (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform except as expressly permitted.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• Processing results will meet your expectations in every case
• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss
• AI output will be perfectly accurate or undetectable in all scenarios

Video processing quality may vary depending on source material, selected areas, compression, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure.
